Changes for version 0.03

Set Embperl's "file" from $r->filename.
Set Embperl's "mtime" from Last-Modified header if available. This will enable Embperl caching if both "file" and "mtime" are defined.
Buffer input and only call Embperl Execute at end of request if last in chain

process embedded perl in HTML in the OutputChain

To install Apache::EmbperlChain, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache::EmbperlChain

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache::EmbperlChain
