Fix MANIFEST.SKIP and the related test
Two aliases added: unicode-12.1 and list-context-state (thanks Branislav Zahradnik)

Explicitly state which non-feature constructs are used in the code.

To install Syntax::Construct, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Syntax::Construct

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Syntax::Construct
