unlinks "sample.cat" after the test has been executed, as "gencat" would otherwise update the catalog (XPG4).

To install Locale::Msgcat, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Locale::Msgcat

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Locale::Msgcat
