Changes for version 0.05

Add on_error to AnyEvent::Handler::ZeroMQ to catch errors occurs in the reading handler.

Integrate AnyEvent and ZeroMQ with AnyEvent::Handle like ways.

To install AnyEvent::Handle::ZeroMQ, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm AnyEvent::Handle::ZeroMQ

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install AnyEvent::Handle::ZeroMQ
