Changes for version 1.7.3 - 2019-03-01

First release after split from bioperl-live.
Remove Bio::DB::RefSeq dependency, which isn't tested outside of Bio::DB::RefSeq

Database object interface for EMBL entry retrieval

To install Bio::DB::EMBL, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bio::DB::EMBL

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bio::DB::EMBL
