Changes for version 0.10

Require GitVersionCheckCJM version 3.02 and Git::Wrapper. Don't require Git.pm anymore.
Require Repository version 0.16 so github_http is unnecessary.
Require MatchManifest version 0.04 (latest version).

Build a distribution like CJM

To install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::CJM, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::CJM

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::CJM
