- New plugin

- Only process comments that contain a {{ }} pair. Text::Template breaks on strings that have the closing delimiter without the opening one.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Metadata

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Metadata
