Making sure the nanosecond is a integer, and not a float making the creation of a DateTime object fail. Fixes RT 58854 (Christiaan Kras)

To install DateTime::Format::HTTP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DateTime::Format::HTTP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DateTime::Format::HTTP
