  • Split Signal logging from ON.pm to Signal.pm, required an update to most test scripts as well.
  • Split TIE logging from ON.pm to TIE.pm, required an update to t/62-tie_test.t as well.
  • Updated copyright in all *.pm files to 2024.
  • Added DBUG_SPECIAL_LAST option to DBUG_RETURN_SPECIAL().
