FLV::Base - Utility methods for other FLV::* classes

$pkg->set_verbosity($boolean): Changes the global verbose flag. This controls whether debug() emits messages or not.
$pkg->new(): Creates a new, generic instance.
$pkg->debug($msg)
$self->debug($msg): Print the message to STDERR if the verbose flag is set to true.

To install FLV::Info, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FLV::Info

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FLV::Info
