Changes for version 0.013 - 2016-10-30

Add Time::P, implementing our own strptime().
Add ->mktime constructor in Time::C.
Change ->from_string, ->strptime, ->string in Time::C to make use of Time::P::strptime.

Convenient time manipulation.

Differentiate between two times

Parse times from strings.

Handle recurrences.

To install Time::C, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::C

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::C
