Changes for version 0.04

Fix transliteration of \x7E to \x00FD . Previously it was to \N{LATIN CAPITAL LETTER SHARP S} , which was wrong. This addresses GH #1 , reported by qorron

To install Encode::DIN66003, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Encode::DIN66003

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Encode::DIN66003
