Changes for version 0.65 - 2019-09-05

Fix order of module usage in test scripts, spotted by Jorol This only was a problem when you had $ENV{HTTP_PROXY} set.
Document that we clean out $ENV{HTTPS_PROXY} as well.

spawn a local HTTP server for testing

To install Test::HTTP::LocalServer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::HTTP::LocalServer

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::HTTP::LocalServer
