Protect test suite against HTTP_PROXY (etc) being set, again This is mostly because the module itself doesn't care anymore, but now the test suite needs to protect itself.

To install Test::HTTP::LocalServer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::HTTP::LocalServer

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::HTTP::LocalServer
