Changes for version 0.25

This release now should work reliably on Linux, MSWin32, msys and I believe also MacOS, also when writing PO files from one platform and reading them back on another. Hopefully :-)

Perl module for manipulating .po entries from GNU gettext

To install Locale::PO, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Locale::PO

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Locale::PO
