Fix RT#42811 (don't add a flag twice). Thanks to Jason Sill for his bug report from 2009 (!). Jason, sorry and better late than never.

Perl module for manipulating .po entries from GNU gettext

To install Locale::PO, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Locale::PO

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Locale::PO
