Changes for version 0.08 - 2013-03-09

Disabled log to syslog by default by popular demand. Seems a more sensible default.

Probes network hosts for downtime, latency, etc...

To install Net::Prober, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Prober

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Prober
