I18N and L10N methods for CGI::App

To install CGI::Application::Plugin::I18N, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Plugin::I18N

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Plugin::I18N
