Some minor structural improvements to method implementations here and there.
Some POD expansion and corrections.
Methods with names that match /^processrow_.*$/ now have names beginning with "getrow_".
Methods with names that match /^processall_.*$/ now have names beginning with "getall_".

Flexible parameter binding and record fetching

To install DBIx::FlexibleBinding, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DBIx::FlexibleBinding

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DBIx::FlexibleBinding
