Changes for version 0.2

Update prereqs to require Getopt::Long 2.36 or greater. Patch from Sergey Romanov

Run tests whenever changes occur.

To install App::Prove::Watch, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::Prove::Watch

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::Prove::Watch
