OpenGbg::Service::AirQuality - Data on air quality

Gothenburg publishes hourly readings on weather and air quality. The service publishes two methods to get this data.

METHODS
get_latest_measurement
Returns a GetLatestMeasurement object.
get_measurements(%dates)
%dates is a hash that filters returned measurements. Its keys are start and end, both are expected to be in the iso-8601 representation: yyyy-mm-dd.
If start is 2014-10-15 and end is 2014-10-25 the all measurements between 2014-10-15 00:00:00 and 2014-10-25 00:00:00 will be returned.
Returns a GetMeasurements object.
