Fix _many_to_many package variable: initialize scalar explicitly
uses the cached ResultSet directly
Fix groups accessor returning null for Row objects in _prefetched path — use belongs_to accessor instead of hash key lookup

many_to_many for DBIx::Class::Async — generates Future-returning
