Emergency bug fix ***
added a dummy file to t/dist/NoTestFiles/t to ensure the directory is included in the distribution manifest and tarball; otherwise NoTestFiles tests fail

Provides Test::Reporter support for CPAN.pm

To install CPAN::Reporter, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPAN::Reporter

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPAN::Reporter
