Fixed: changed order of -I and -M flags in PERL5OPT to have -M first (since Perl 5.6.2 only supports a single flag); 5.6.2 testers may yet again see complaints about missing Devel::Autoflush when authors call 'perl' instead of $^X in tests (oh, well...)
Changed: bumped Test::Reporter prereq to 1.50
