Fixed
- [CheckExtraTest] tests in a .build directory instead of the build directory
- the 'xtest' command now uses Dist::Zilla methods to build a temporary directory, which also sets the .build/latest symlink correctly

check xt tests before release

support running xt tests via dzil test

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::CheckExtraTests, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::CheckExtraTests

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::CheckExtraTests
