changed API: exceptions are not declared at import time, but with declare_exceptions

a Perl Exceptions module where exceptions are not objects but simple strings.

To install Exception::Stringy, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Exception::Stringy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Exception::Stringy
