Changes for version 0.19

Update MR bases with newest from http://miller-rabin.appspot.com/.
Fixed some issues when using bignum and Calc BigInt backend, and bignum and Perl 5.6.
Added tests for bigint is_provable_prime.
Added a few tests to give better coverage.
Adjust some validation subroutines to cut down on overhead.
