loads tree of IOC files alongside pm file

loads the proper site with your Bread::Board setup

To install Bread::Board::LazyLoader, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bread::Board::LazyLoader

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bread::Board::LazyLoader
