fixed disappearance of has_many fields
as_form_with_related seems to be rendering forms correctly now
- except for multiple pk hidden fields bug (haven't tried processing submitted forms yet)

Class::DBI/CGI::FormBuilder integration

To install Class::DBI::FormBuilder, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Class::DBI::FormBuilder

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Class::DBI::FormBuilder
