    • CPP.pm: Eliminated appending '.h' to <iostream> to become compatible with modern C++.
    • Added "using namespace std;", again to modernize.
    • Updated to verstion 0.28 throughout distribution.
    • Now passes test suite for Windows Vista64 with Strawberry Perl 5.14.
    • Now passes test suite for Ubuntu Linux 11.10 with Perl 5.14
