ENHANCEMENTS
- Include new exsymtab inline test files.
BUG FIXES
- Use "cc" instead of "gcc" on BSDs
- MANIFEST now includes all necessary mingw header files in the git repo. Somehow I forgot to include these after I figured out which ones needed to be added.

run extended symbol table tests

retrieve useful information about the Alien installation of tcc with extended symbol tables

To install Alien::TinyCCx, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::TinyCCx

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::TinyCCx
