Added clear() function to clear the cache. (Suggested by Adolfo Santiago <chago@anothernet.com>)

Perl extension to help cache output of time-intensive CGI scripts so that subsequent visits to such scripts will not cost as much time.

To install CGI::Cache, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Cache

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Cache
