Removed t/perlcritic.t due to other Perl::Critic policies being testing on cpan.org Changed the interface to be Crypt::Random::NonBlocking::urandom(); Allowed urandom to be exported

To install Crypt::Random::NonBlocking, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Crypt::Random::NonBlocking

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Crypt::Random::NonBlocking
