Changes for version 0.13 - 2016-03-16

Changed from Crypt::OpenSSL::PKCS10 to Crypt::PKCS10 to get support for Win32/Solaris

Print out the pin-sha256 value for a Public Key (or a Private Key, a X.509 Certificate, or a PKCS#10 Certificate Request)

Generate RFC 7469 HTTP Public Key Pin (HPKP) header values

To install HTTP::PublicKeyPins, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTTP::PublicKeyPins

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTTP::PublicKeyPins
