Trying to cope with unexpected system 'date' behaviour from njh tests on CPAN testers.

Provides an interface to the Olson timezone database

To install Time::Zone::Olson, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::Zone::Olson

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::Zone::Olson
