Coping with TZ rules such as <GMT+10>+10 for 'Etc/GMT+10'. Thanks to COFFEE for the bug report. RT#118011

Provides an interface to the Olson timezone database

To install Time::Zone::Olson, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::Zone::Olson

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::Zone::Olson
