Preliminary support for Win32. Coping with TZ environment variables such as 'AEST-10AEDT,M10.1.0,M4.1.0/3'. Changed signature of new method.

Provides an interface to the Olson timezone database

Provides methods to allow Time::Zone::Olson to use the Windows Registry to determine time zones

To install Time::Zone::Olson, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::Zone::Olson

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::Zone::Olson
