Incorporating the ability to guess TZ from the environment if a tz parameter is not found.

Provides an Olson timezone database interface

To install Time::Zone::Olson, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::Zone::Olson

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::Zone::Olson
