NAME

config-edit-ssh - Edit data of /etc/ssh/ssh_config or ~/.ssh/config

SYNOPSIS

# most users will want to run
config-edit-ssh [options] [ commands  ... ]

# if you don't have a X server
config-edit-ssh -ui curses [options] [ commands  ... ]

# if you don't like curses
config-edit-ssh -ui shell [options] [ commands  ... ]

# if you are a sys admin
config-edit-ssh -ui none [options]  commands  ... 

DESCRIPTION

This program will edit the configuration data contained in /etc/ssh/ssh_config (if you run this command as root) or the data contained in ~/.ssh/config is you are not root.

You can specify commands as arguments that will be run on the configuration root before launching the UI. These command follow the syntax defined in Config::Model::Loader.

Options

-ui

Specify the user interface type.

-verbose

Be (very) verbose

-debug

Provide debug infos.

-trace

Provides a full stack trace when exiting on error.

-force-load

Load file even if error are found in data. Bad data are discarded

BUGS

Original structure and comments of /etc/ssh/config are lost. There's currently no Augeas lens for ssh config data.
