Added option to not run tests on generation. Improved testfilename generation. Switched to using IO::Dir from IO::File

Creates unit test scripts for a database

Unit test script support package for SSDT unit tests, Ded MedVed.

To install VSGDR::TestScriptGen, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm VSGDR::TestScriptGen

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install VSGDR::TestScriptGen
