Changes for version 0.13

Now accepts the name of and optional existing test file, so that the generated tests no longer include those already in a smoketest project.

Creates unit test scripts for a database

Unit test script support package for SSDT unit tests, Ded MedVed.

To install VSGDR::TestScriptGen, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm VSGDR::TestScriptGen

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install VSGDR::TestScriptGen
