Removed legacy RACE encoding support
Default cache time set to 60 minutes
Fixed timeout behaviour. Now timeouts are more robust (Ticket http://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=27097)

cpanm Net::Whois::Raw

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Whois::Raw
