Changes for version 0.4.0 - 2002-07-28

Added some more sanity checks to ensure that "we do the right thing [tm]" with adding data to the DOM tree.
A few more documentation updates.

TEI::Lite::Document Object

To install TEI::Lite, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm TEI::Lite

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install TEI::Lite
