Changes for version 0.92

Updated test.pl to skip tests requiring BAD value support on machines where PDL is not compiled with such support. Now use Test::More in test.pl.

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DHUNT/PDL-NetCDF-0.92.tar.gz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DHUNT/PDL-NetCDF-0.92.tar.gz
