- clean up alienfile

- use latest version of pgplot-autotool which solves some build issues

Build and Install the PGPLOT library

To install Alien::PGPLOT, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::PGPLOT

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::PGPLOT
