    • Add missing dependency on CXC::Exporter::Util
    • Bump minimum Perl to 5.22 to track that of CXC::Exporter::Util
    • fix use of '<<~' which is only available starting with Perl 5.26
    • Fiducial repo is at codeberg.org, not gitlab.com
