BUILD FIX
- t/lexicals.t depended upon "use strict" being propagated into the quoted subs environment. This seems not to be the case in Perl < 5.22

cpanm Sub::QuoteX::Utils

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sub::QuoteX::Utils
