constructor naming fixes: "scalar dTemplate" -> "text dTemplate", "select dTemplate" -> "choose dTemplate"
you can call "text dTemplate" with either scalar ref or scalar
we allow "." in the template placeholder name
dTemplate::Style -> dTemplate::Choose
Bugfixes in the style handling: now it's working in simple cases
