Fixed stupid bug where Data::Visitor::Encode wasn't actually visiting child nodes.
Fixed tests accordingly

Encode/Decode Values In A Structure

To install Data::Visitor::Encode, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Data::Visitor::Encode

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Data::Visitor::Encode
