Changes for version 0.06

Introduce MagicElement.pm. This allows us to parse RSS elements that have attributes without sacrificing the interface (hopefully). Inspired by patch from Taro Minowa.

XML::RSS with XML::LibXML (parse-only)

To install XML::RSS::LibXML, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XML::RSS::LibXML

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XML::RSS::LibXML
